1. Digital Content All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of eBooks, stories, artwork, or other downloadable content are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
You were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical error.
The purchased file is corrupted or fails to download, and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement.
Requests for exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at support@thequiveringquill.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your account was used fraudulently, please contact us immediately at support@thequiveringquill.com. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the matter.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
